As a small-business store director, my daily tasks vary from day to day. I wear many hats. Not only doing have I adapted to a fast-paced environment — I set the tone for that fast-paced environment. Day-to-day tasks include;

Merchandising the store with products I source from wholesalers via Faire.com, managing the instagram account, handling store outreach & events, setting monthly budgets, compiling store analytics into spreadsheets, maintaining strong customers service and sales practices, as well as maintaining brand consistency throughout all channels.

Within a one-year period, I have:

-Increased overall net-sales by 212%

-Average dollar sale bounced up to 15%

• Strategically merchandise floor 

• Order wholesale products that are on trend, yet ethical

-Increased online store sessions by 42% 

• Re-designed the website, promoted via Instagram & Facebook
